This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for SehaPilot, a product developed and operated by TopZone (Cairo, Egypt). We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Free Trial
All paid plans include a free trial period (typically 14 days). You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost and with no obligation. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged for the first billing period.
2. Monthly Subscriptions — Refund Eligibility
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for each month. Refunds for monthly plans are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal charge, provided: you have not significantly used the platform during that billing period; and you contact us at support@sehapilot.com with your account details and reason for the request. After 7 days, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
3. Annual Subscriptions — Refund Eligibility
Annual subscriptions provide a discount in exchange for a longer commitment. Refunds for annual plans are available within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided: you have not significantly used the platform during that period; and you contact us at support@sehapilot.com with your account details and reason for the request. After 14 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals at the end of the annual term.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops automatic renewal. Your access to the platform continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless you qualify under the eligibility criteria above.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: requests made after the applicable refund window has passed; accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service; add-ons or one-time fees for services already delivered.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@sehapilot.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your full name, account email address, subscription plan, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at support@sehapilot.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended during the dispute resolution process. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SehaPilot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
