Terms of Service

SehaPilot is a cloud-based business management software platform for healthcare organizations, developed and operated by TopZone (Cairo, Egypt). SehaPilot is a software product only — it does not provide medical services, clinical treatment, healthcare delivery, payment processing, banking, or financial services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Company and Product

SehaPilot is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product developed, owned, and operated by TopZone, a software company based in Cairo, Egypt. By subscribing to or using SehaPilot, you enter into a legal agreement with TopZone.

2. Service Description

SehaPilot provides a cloud-based business management software platform for healthcare organizations. SehaPilot is administrative software only — it does not provide medical services, clinical treatment, healthcare delivery, payment processing, or financial services. Features vary by subscription plan and may include scheduling, records management, invoice administration, multi-location management, team accounts, and reporting. TopZone reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features with reasonable notice.

3. Your Account

You must register an account to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

Plans and pricing are displayed at sign-up and on the Pricing page. All prices are shown in USD (United States Dollar). A free trial may be offered for a limited period with no obligation to purchase. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing the platform. Paid subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected at sign-up). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before renewal. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless required by applicable law or our Refund Policy. Cancellation of a free trial at any time incurs no charge.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at /refund-policy. Requests for refunds must be submitted to support@sehapilot.com within the eligibility period defined in the Refund Policy.

7. Clinic Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all clinic and patient data you enter into SehaPilot. TopZone processes this data only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon account termination, you may export your data. We will retain your data for a limited period as required by law before deletion.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SehaPilot only for lawful healthcare operations. You must not: misuse or misrepresent patient information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts; introduce malicious code or disrupt the service; resell or redistribute access without authorization; or use the platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

SehaPilot, its name, logo, features, code, and content are the intellectual property of TopZone and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose during an active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability and reliability. However, SehaPilot is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary outages. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TopZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SehaPilot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of SehaPilot after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
